~SailorEnergy's character Akosmia. You can find info on her at [link] under the "Three Guardians" section.
I think this might be a rather un-Akosmia-like outfit, but as we know, Kayt has a love of dressing charactersupindifferentoutfits (you know you want to see those all now...).
Anywho, I drew her wings too small (they're folded up at the moment), but I put her hair up and think it looks nice. I also really like her outfit, both design and color (return of the Aloha Flowers)! So I guess this is what she does when she's not killing people to protect her sister's secret? XD
I used my colorless blender a LOT on this, and I'm very happy with the results! It's so much smoother than usual, and I can get smooth-looking highlight! And I worked really hard on this, not just the lineart, but the coloring and the BG, too. I absolutely ADORE all the bright colors.

I like how the outfit stands out against the color of her hair, and how the fold in it are so defined and life-like... Very nice.

Wow, this is so pretty; it really gives you a feeling of being at the beach! Her outfit is so colourful and detailed, as well.
Proportions are so much better, and I really like the colouring. *o* Nice job!

The only thing I can really suggest, is that the shadows need to be a little sharper. The leaves were done quite well though, and overall the colouring is great.

Thank you very much for drawing a fanart of Akosmia! It's always great to see how other artists draw my characters in their own ways and preferences.
It's great that you had a lot of fun drawing her up like that, and she does look very nice in it. Great detailing too! Don't worry about her wings.
